America First Leadership for Louisiana

John Fleming is a physician, businessman, Navy veteran, and former U.S. Congressman from the fourth district of Louisiana. He served four terms in Congress from 2009-2017 and was a founder of the House Freedom Caucus. In 2017, he was appointed by President Donald Trump as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Health Technology Reform. In 2018, President Trump appointed Fleming as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Economic Development. In 2020, John Fleming became the Deputy Chief of Staff to President Trump. He was elected as Louisiana State Treasurer in 2023, where he currently serves.

On February 13, 2021, Senator Bill Cassidy voted to impeach President Donald Trump. Louisiana First PAC is an Independent Expenditure-Only PAC dedicated to defeating Bill Cassidy and electing America First leader, John Fleming, to the U.S. Senate.
